Account Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your account. Here's how the process works.

How to Request Account Deletion

Option 1: Through the App

Open the Manage Digitally app → Go to your Profile → Tap Settings → Select Request Account Deletion → Confirm your request.

Option 2: Email Us

Send an email to managedigitally@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Include your registered name and phone number.

Option 3: Contact the Institute

Visit or call Manage Digitally at +918800823937. Our staff will process the deletion request within 7 working days.

What gets deleted

  • Login credentials (username and password)
  • Device tokens and notification preferences
  • Personal profile information
  • App access and portal visibility

What may be retained

  • Fee payment records (required for accounting purposes)
  • Attendance records for the academic session
  • Test marks and result history
  • Admission and enrolment records

These records are retained for legal, accounting and academic compliance purposes.

Processing Timeline

Account deletion requests are processed within 7 working days of receiving a confirmed request. You will be notified via the phone number on file once the deletion is complete.
