By downloading the Manage Digitally mobile application or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

• The app is intended for enrolled students, their parents, and authorised teaching staff of Manage Digitally.
• Sharing your login credentials with others is strictly prohibited.
• You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, hack or disrupt the application.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. If you suspect your account has been compromised, notify the institute immediately.

Student accounts are created by the institute at the time of admission. The institute reserves the right to deactivate or suspend accounts for misuse.

Fee amounts, due dates and payment records displayed in the app are managed by Manage Digitally. Any discrepancies should be reported to the institute directly. The app serves as a record display tool and does not process payments directly.

By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Academic data, attendance records and fee information are stored securely and shared only with authorised users.

Study materials, notices and other content uploaded by teachers are for the exclusive use of enrolled students of Manage Digitally. Downloading, sharing or redistributing this content outside the platform is not permitted.

Manage Digitally and Manage Digitally provide the platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Admission fees and course fees, once paid, are generally non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be considered at the sole discretion of Manage Digitally management. Please contact the institute directly for any fee-related concerns.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in the city where Manage Digitally is registered.
